I haven't posted in ages... but would love a bit of input here. Last week, my husband and I found this little guy in the road by our house. He was all coiled up and tried his hardest to strike and bite any time my husband got close to it. Finally, he was able to pick him up and bring him into the safety of our yard. (We find far too many run over in the streets) We're just not sure what type of snake it is....I've gotten everything from Eastern Milk snake to Black Rat snake to Northern Water snake.
